Jason has been providing specialist legal advice on construction projects across a range of sectors for over 15 years. He has significant experience of formulating successful solutions for property development projects, a recent highlight being advising Airbus on all aspects of its £70m Airbus Aerospace Park scheme. Jason also regularly advises on how to resolve construction and projects disputes in a pragmatic and cost effective manner.
Jason leads our Energy Law team from our Bristol office. He is passionate about, and has extensive experience of, a wide range of energy projects and prepares seminars and articles on topical issues in the energy sector. Jason also works closely with our Planning and Infrastructure team.

Jason was part of the team that drafted the April 2013 suite of NEC contracts.
He is a committee member of the Adjudication Society, an Associate Member of the CIArb and a fellow of the FBE. With parenthood resulting in very little spare time, Jason is an infrequent player of real tennis, a mediocre golfer and an occasional rugby watcher.
