Talitha is a Senior Associate in the Employment Law team, based in our Birmingham office.
Talitha advises on all business immigration matters as well as personal immigration matters. She has advised various sized businesses, from start-ups to multinational companies who require advice and assistance with business immigration matters.
Talitha is also known for her expertise in dealing with complex immigration matters and providing pragmatic solutions for clients, and was named as a 'Rising Star' in Legal 500's 2024 directory.
Talitha assists clients with obtaining and maintaining a sponsor licence in order to sponsor migrant workers. In addition to assisting sponsors navigating the Sponsor Management System (SMS), she also advises businesses on sponsor compliance duties and prevention of illegal working. Talitha advises and prepares Skilled Worker and Intra-Company applications as well as dealing with Student and Graduate visa applications.
Talitha also assists overseas businesses on the immigration options open to them for establishing and setting up UK branches or subsidiaries.
She also advises high net worth individuals who wish to set up a business in the UK and investors who wish to invest in UK businesses.
In addition, Talitha assists with visit visa applications, family-based applications, settlement applications, citizenship applications, entry clearance and leave to remain applications.
Talitha is also involved in pro bono work working closely with various local charities.

Talitha is an active member of the Immigration Law Practitioners' Association (ILPA). She has also previously hosted webinars on the reformed sponsorship system and the Graduate visa route. Talitha has also had articles published in People Management Magazine, IT Pro, Thomas Reuters Practical Law and eprivateclient.
Talitha is also committed to working with the Government to create the best possible post-Brexit immigration system for her clients. She regularly makes written submission to the Home Office's calls for evidence on how to reform the immigration system.
In her spare time Talitha enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
