Chambers & Partners 2025 Rankings

Our strength and depth were recognised in the latest Chambers UK Guide, with:

17 team rankings across key practice areas
42 individually ranked lawyers, with 9 new or improved listings.

Notable highlights include:

Band 1 for Personal Injury, Education (Independent Schools), Corporate (Watford), Family, and Medical Partnerships
Jonathan Peacock and Samantha Hickman achieving Band 1 individual rankings
Several "Associates to Watch" and rising stars across our offices.

The Legal 500 UK 2025

This year, VWV achieved 29 practice area rankings, including:

Five new or improved rankings, with continued recognition in all seven top-tier categories.
32 individual rankings, including:
- 18 Leading Partners (3 in the Hall of Fame),
- 9 Next Generation Lawyers,
- 5 Leading Associates.

Our Family team received its first West Midlands ranking, and our Education team secured a top-tier ranking in the region - both key milestones for our growing teams.

EducationInvestor Awards 2025

We are thrilled to have been named Legal Advisor of the Year, to Education Institutions at the 2025 EducationInvestor Awards.

This marks our second consecutive win of this particular award, and our fifth overall win at the EducationInvestor Awards, demonstrating our continued commitment to the education sector, where we support over 1,200 institutions, including independent schools, academies, colleges and universities.

Cairneagle, our strategic consultancy firm, also celebrated at the 2025 Awards, winning their seventh award for strategic consulting in education.
