• Artificial Intelligence - Canter through the many and varied risks associated with developing, selling and using Artificial Intelligence solutions, with thoughts on the main legal aspects of concern and tips on what to look out for in contracts with Commercial Partner, Harry Jennings
• Privilege - Ben Holt, Dispute Resolution Partner, will be talking about using and protecting privilege in practice as an in-house lawyer and how to ensure steps are taken to avoid the pitfalls which can arise in the litigation process.
